September and October have been fabulous months for fungi!
Thank you to Sister Marie Kopin for leading a series of mushroom identification forays at our preserves. I always learn something new every single time we go out with Sister Marie but I’m definitely NOT an expert on mushrooms so I’m just going to share some photos from our hunts at Sylvan Solace, Hall’s Lake, Bundy Hill, and Audubon Woods (plus a few images from other visits over the past two weeks).
