Intro to Snowshoeing at Bundy Hill

February 6, 2021 @ 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Did you miss out on last weekend’s Intro to Snowshoeing at Sylvan Solace Preserve?
Here’s another chance to try out this fun winter activity!
Join us on Saturday February 6th at 1:30PM as we explore Bundy Hill Preserve by snowshoe. We’ll provide pairs of snowshoes for this introductory experience. Bundy Hill is a great place for beginners to learn how to snowshoe safely on mild slopes and in wooded terrain.
Instead of summiting Bundy Hill via the trail system, we will focus our attention on some of the open hillsides and wooded terrain that is not seen by most visitors to the Preserve.
Please register in advance by calling (989) 772-5777. Registration is free. Due to the available pairs of snowshoes, registration is limited to 16 individuals.
If you have your own snowshoes you are more than welcome to come along – please call and register so we know to expect you! Participants with their own snowshoes will not count toward the registration limit.
