The Chippewa River District Library has cancelled all of their events at branches through April 20th in effort help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak. Even though we have not been asked to cancel this event, it was scheduled to take place at the CRDL’s Veterans Memorial Library in Mt. Pleasant so we are following suit.
Join us on Wednesday March 25th for Part III of a four part speaker series focusing on the outdoors.
Michigan has over 20 million acres of forest land. Much of that land rests in private hands. Landowners may have many goals for their forests and working with a forester can help meet those goals. Nia Becker, District Forester for the Clare Conservation District will address forest management practices, forest health, and managing forests for wildlife.
