Stunning Wildlife on the Preserves

By March 30, 2016 No Comments

With the arrival of spring we have once again activated the game cameras we were able to purchase last year with a grant through the Mt. Pleasant Area Community Foundation from the Dyke and Phyllis Heinze Conservation Fund. If you missed the picture of the bobcat photographed recently at Audubon Woods, you can see it here. But that is not the only unusual camera capture we have to report. These pictures of a pair of Great Horned Owls interacting on the ground were taken at one of the other preserves. We promise we will get the dates and times updated on the cameras. These pictures were actually taken on March 13, 2016.

We will continue to show pictures of some of the amazing diversity of wildlife we see on our protected lands.
