Sylvan Solace Preserve Work Session

It's spring cleaning time at the Sylvan Solace Preserve. We need to clean out last year's nests from our birdhouses and possibly install some replacement houses. There will be trail maintenance work to clear off the footpaths. Please join us to lend a hand. Call the office at 989-644-5045 or email info@chippewawatershedconservancy.org if you are interested. Winawa Preserve

Established 2006 and consisting of 2 acres in Deerfield Township, Isabella County, this preserve is primarily a shallow pond that harbors one of the best populations of Western Chorus Frog in the county and serves as a migratory stop for bird species such as Sora and Virginia Rail.
