Would you be interested in helping us drum up support meet the Bundy Hill challenges? We are in the midst of fundraising to buy 100 acres around Bundy Hill to create a publicly accessible nature preserve. We have several matching challenge grants. Isabella Bank ($25,000), the Rollin M. Gerstacker Foundation ($20,000) and the J.A. Woollam Foundation ($5,000) have all pledged to match contributions dollar for dollar. We need to get the word out far and wide so that we can turn $50,000 in contributions into $100,000 toward our $240,000 goal to buy and steward the property at Bundy Hill. So here is an easy way to help. Just click on this link to a flyer that explains the project and provides a donation form. You could print out copies of the form and take them to businesses that would allow them to be picked up by potential supporters. Or, you could save the flyer and email it to friends and acquaintances who might be interested in contributing. If you don’t want to print the forms yourself, contact us and we can print a supply for you to distribute. This is a great way to support the cause and make the land available to the public sooner. With a little help from our friends, maybe we can complete this project before the summer. What do you say? Can you help?
