Board Approves Strategic Plan; CWC Mission, Vision & Values Revised

The Chippewa Watershed Conservancy Board of Directors recently approved a new three-year strategic plan which will go into effect on January 1st, 2019. The planning framework highlights our goals as an organization for areas such as land protection, land stewardship, marketing, public outreach, environmental education, fundraising and more for the next three years. Along with board approval of our new strategic plan came a much-needed refreshment of our mission and vision statement, and the inclusion of new organizational core values. Our new mission statement is to protect and restore Central Michigan’s land, water, and wildlife resources to improve the quality of life for all.
